Kate Middleton and Prince William released their engagement photos
Miss Middleton wore the dress in the more formal of two official pictures of William and Kate taken by Princess Diana’s friend Mario Testino.
As well as displaying a very public display of affection that breaks with precedent, the pictures are sure to spawn a raft of copycat designs that will fly off shop shelves.
The bride-to-be chose modest high street designs in white for both the formal and more laid-back snaps.
